GOOD AND EVIL

AN EXHIBITION OF PAINTINGS AND DEATH MASKS

BOOK TICKETS
Visual artist and curator, Ian Moir, is displaying his own collection of plaster death masks, cast from historical figures including Napoleon, Nietzsche, Dante,  Goethe, Churchill, Joseph Merrick, Burke & Hare and many more.

Also on display is a collection of  large, finely crafted paintings by this award winning artist, fascinated by humankind's ongoing engagement with good and evil, virtue and sin.

Borrowing from different genres in art history, the exhibition shows that while culture and technology can change, human nature does not. Some pieces are reminiscent of 16th Century religious art, while others have a  modern, Pop Art, style depicting iconic  books and figurines.

This is your chance  to "gaze into the abyss" of the human soul!

WARNING! - This exhibition contains sexual imagery and some detail which is not suitable for children under the age of 15. Other images may be triggering  for some people. Viewer discretion is advised.
